Under these commercial agreements, the AI is legally and technically blocked from using your data to train or improve its global models. Your supplier negotiations and compliance blueprints stay exclusively yours.
EPHEMERAL "IN-AND-OUT" PROCESSING
When you upload a commercial invoice or packing list, it isn’t dumped into a massive AI brain. Instead, the document is securely encrypted, passed to our AI engine for a fraction of a second to extract the target data, and then the memory is instantly destroyed. The AI acts like a high-speed scanner, not a permanent filing cabinet.

Your data never leaves your secure tenancy. When you set up Customs templates, Brand Voice directives, or supplier networks, they are locked behind advanced Row-Level Security (RLS) on enterprise AWS servers. Our AI engine is invited in to perform a task for you, but it is never allowed to take your knowledge out of the room.
